• Kunnamkulam police registered a case under Section 192 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita against a teacher identified as Khadija of Sirajul Uloom English High School in Thrissur.
• Khadija’s WhatsApp audio urged Muslim parents to keep children out of Onam activities, calling the festival polytheistic and warning participation could be ‘shirk’.
