Overview

• The programme, titled "Malayalam Vaanolam, Lal Salam," will take place at Thiruvananthapuram’s Central Stadium at 5 p.m. on October 4.
• Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will present the felicitation, with Saji Cherian presiding and ministers V. Sivankutty and G. R. Anil named as chief guests.
• A stage show called "Aadam Namukku Paadam," directed by T. K. Rajeev Kumar, will feature songs from Mohanlal’s films performed by Sujatha Mohan, Shweta Mohan, Sithara and other singers.
• Co-actors including Urvashi, Shobhana, Manju Warrier, Parvathy, Meena and Nithya Menon are slated to speak before each song, and a video from K. J. Yesudas and K. S. Chithra will be screened.
• Invitations will go to all ministers, MPs, MLAs and cultural figures, with officials planning security, safety measures and a newly released event logo.
