Overview
- SSLC exams will run March 5–30, 2026, with about 425,000 students slated to appear.
- Plus One exams are set for March 5–27 and Plus Two for March 6–28, with roughly nine lakh candidates across higher secondary and vocational streams.
- About 3,000 SSLC centres and around 2,000 higher secondary centres are being arranged, including seven in Gulf countries and nine in Lakshadweep.
- Daily start times are fixed: SSLC and Plus Two at 9:30 a.m. and Plus One at 1:30 p.m.; Plus Two practicals begin January 22 with model exams scheduled in February.
- Evaluation is planned for early April with May results: SSLC evaluation April 7–25 with results expected May 8, and higher secondary evaluation from April 6 with results likely by May 22.
