Overview
- Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurated the state-led Onam week on Sept. 3 at the Nishagandhi/Kanakakkunnu venue in Thiruvananthapuram, hosted by the Tourism Department.
- Drone-and-light shows featuring nearly 1,000 drones are scheduled Sept. 5–7 at Chandrasekharan Nair and University stadiums, with programs spanning 33 venues and nearly 10,000 artistes.
- Thiruvananthapuram has been illuminated across major corridors through Sept. 9, when a valedictory cultural procession with about 165 floats will be flagged off by the Governor.
