  • The Kerala Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Ltd. (KICDC), a 50:50 SPV between Kerala and the Centre, is overseeing implementation.
  • The master plan and Detailed Project Report (DPR) are complete, with phased land acquisitions and equity contributions supporting progress.
  • Upcoming tenders will focus on the Integrated Command and Control Centre, landscaping, and ICT facilities.
