Kenyan televangelist released on bail in probe of cult leader linked to over 100 deaths

Televangelist Ezekiel Odero was freed on bond pending an investigation into a cult that led to over 100 deaths.
Odero is accused of ties to cult leader Paul Mackenzie, who instructed followers to fast to death to meet Jesus.
Mackenzie's cult is believed responsible for exhuming over 100 bodies from a forest.
Odero's lawyer denies his involvement though 15 congregants died at his church.
Mackenzie remains in custody and has not commented on accusations against him.
