Kenyan Police Arrest Suspected Serial Killer Confessing to 42 Murders

The suspect, Collins Jumaisi Khalusha, allegedly lured and killed women before disposing of their bodies in a Nairobi dumpsite.

Authorities have recovered nine mutilated bodies so far, all found in plastic bags at the Mukuru slum site.
Khalusha's first victim was reportedly his wife, whom he strangled and dismembered.
The arrest was made after forensic analysis of a mobile phone belonging to one of the victims.
A second suspect has been detained for possession of a victim's handset.
The case has intensified calls for stronger measures against gender-based violence in Kenya.
