• Stephan Marcum, 58, was arrested on Oct. 4 in Stanton and charged with intimidating a participant in the legal process and third-degree terroristic threatening.
• Officers responded just after 2 p.m. to a report of a potential witness or terroristic threat at a home on Court Street.
• Police observed five fake bodies in trash bags labeled with officials’ titles, including a hanging figure marked “district judge” with a rope around its neck.
