Kenny Chesney, June Carter Cash, and Tony Brown Announced as 2025 Country Music Hall of Fame Inductees

Kenny Chesney, known for his beach-inspired country sound and live touring success, will be inducted in the Modern Era Artist category.
June Carter Cash, celebrated for her solo work and collaborations with husband Johnny Cash, is this year’s Veterans Era Artist inductee.
Tony Brown, a producer and musician instrumental in shaping 1990s country music and Americana, will enter under the Non-Performer category.
The announcement was made during a press conference in Nashville, with personal reflections shared by Chesney, Carter Cash’s children, and Brown.
The official induction ceremony is scheduled for fall 2025 in Nashville, where the new class will be honored with their Hall of Fame plaques.
