Ken Dorsey Expected to Join Dallas Cowboys as Passing Game Specialist

The former Browns offensive coordinator is reportedly set to work under new head coach Brian Schottenheimer in Dallas.

Ken Dorsey, 43, is reportedly finalizing a deal to join the Dallas Cowboys' coaching staff as a passing game specialist.
Dorsey previously served as offensive coordinator for the Cleveland Browns during their disappointing 2024 season, which saw the team finish last in scoring and total offense.
Before his time with the Browns, Dorsey held various coaching roles with the Carolina Panthers and Buffalo Bills, including offensive coordinator in Buffalo from 2022 to 2023.
Dallas Cowboys' new head coach Brian Schottenheimer has brought in multiple staff members with Cleveland Browns ties, including defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus and special teams coordinator Nick Sorensen.
The Cowboys are coming off a 7-10 season, with their offense ranking 17th overall, and are looking to bolster their coaching staff for improvement.
