  • Joseph’s BMW struck Cody Morris’s motorcycle just before 5 a.m. on June 7 on U.S. Highway 75 in Richardson, Texas, killing the 27-year-old rider.
  • He called Plano police at 5:39 a.m. to report the crash and was found northbound on the North Central Expressway showing signs of intoxication.
