The conversation was part of a promotion for the upcoming Fox special 'The Real Full Monty,' where Posey, Diggs, and other male celebrities will perform a strip-tease to raise awareness for prostate, testicular, and colorectal cancer screenings.
Both Posey and Diggs shared personal connections to the cause, having lost their mothers to cancer, and emphasized the importance of encouraging men to overcome discomfort and get screened.
The two-hour special, choreographed by Emmy winner Mandy Moore, airs Monday, Dec. 9, and aims to inspire vulnerability and action in men regarding their health.
