Keke Palmer to Host and Perform at Soul Train Awards Amid Personal Turmoil

The event, celebrating excellence in Soul, R&B, and Hip Hop music, will also feature performances by BJ The Chicago Kid, Coco Jones, Danté Bowe, Fridayy, Muni Long and SWV.

Keke Palmer is set to host and perform at the Soul Train Awards in Los Angeles on Nov. 26.

Summer Walker, SZA, and Usher lead the Soul Train Awards nominations with nine apiece.
Palmer's hosting announcement comes amid personal turmoil, as she recently filed a domestic violence restraining order against her ex and was granted temporary sole custody of their son.
Palmer will also participate in NBC's annual Christmas in Rockefeller Center special on Nov. 29.
