Keke Palmer, the star of 'Nope', has been granted a temporary restraining order and sole custody of her 8-month-old son, Leodis, against her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson.
Palmer alleges that Jackson trespassed into her home, physically attacked her, and threatened her on November 5, 2023.
Jackson has denied the allegations, claiming that the incident was a result of an argument about their son.
Jackson has also accused Palmer's mother of threatening to 'put a bullet' in his head.
A hearing about Palmer's restraining order request against Jackson is set for Dec. 5, 2023.
