Keke Palmer and SZA Star in New R-Rated Comedy Set for January 2025 Release

Sony Pictures announces the untitled buddy comedy directed by Lawrence Lamont and written by Syreeta Singleton.

Academy Award nominee and Grammy-winning artist SZA will make her big screen acting debut in the film.
The movie is produced by Issa Rae, Sara Diya Rastogi, Deniese Davis, Charles D. King, James Lopez, and Poppy Hanks.
Supporting cast includes Lil Rel Howery, Janelle James, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, Maude Apatow, Katt Williams, and more.
The project originated from Sony Pictures' CoCre lab, aimed at developing diverse screenwriters.
Keke Palmer and SZA previously collaborated on a 2022 episode of Saturday Night Live.
