Keke Palmer and Beyoncé Shine at 2025 NAACP Image Awards

The 56th annual ceremony celebrated Black excellence in entertainment and culture, with Keke Palmer named Entertainer of the Year and Beyoncé achieving record-breaking wins.

Keke Palmer was named Entertainer of the Year, surpassing nominees including Cynthia Erivo and Kendrick Lamar, and also won for hosting NBC's Password.
Beyoncé's album 'Cowboy Carter' won Outstanding Album, tying her with Whitney Houston for the most wins in this category, alongside her eighth win as Outstanding Female Artist.
The Six Triple Eight, a Netflix film directed by Tyler Perry, won Outstanding Motion Picture, marking Perry's second win in this category after 2011's For Colored Girls.
Special honors included Kamala Harris receiving the Chairman’s Award, Dave Chappelle earning the President’s Award, and the Wayans family inducted into the NAACP Image Awards Hall of Fame.
The ceremony also highlighted community resilience, with tributes to wildfire-affected areas in California and a performance by Ledisi honoring victims.
