Keith Richards Celebrates 40th Anniversary with Patti Hansen and 80th Birthday

The Rolling Stones' guitarist commemorates personal milestones as the band gears up for a new North American tour.

Keith Richards, the lead guitarist and songwriter for The Rolling Stones, celebrated his 40th wedding anniversary with Patti Hansen, sharing a throwback photo from their wedding on Instagram.
The couple, who have been together since 1979, met at Studio 54 on Hansen's 23rd birthday and began dating nine months later.
Richards and Hansen have two children together, Theodora and Alexandra. Richards also has three children from his previous relationship with model Anita Pallenberg.
Richards turned 80 on the same day as his anniversary, marking two significant milestones.
The Rolling Stones recently released Hackney Diamonds, their first album of original material since 2005, and will promote it with a new North American stadium tour starting in April.
