KEAM 2026 Phase 1 Engineering Allotments Finalised as Fee Window Opens

Missing the fee and document deadline will forfeit allotted seats and make higher options unavailable in later rounds.

Overview

  • The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala published provisional Phase 1 engineering allotments after processing web options submitted between July 2 and July 7, and then reviewed objections before issuing the final list on July 8–9, 2026.
  • Candidates could submit genuine objections by emailing ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in with the subject 'Engineering Provisional Allotment List' up to 2:00 PM on July 8, 2026 for CEE review.
  • Phase 1 cutoff ranks and individual Phase 1 allotment memos are available to download from the KEAM candidate portal at cee.kerala.gov.in using application number, password and access code.
  • Allotted candidates must confirm seats by paying required fees between July 9 and July 12, 2026 up to 4:00 PM and must upload or produce eligibility and migration certificates when applicable.
  • The official fee rules require a Rs 1,000 caution deposit for government engineering college admits with certain caste-based exceptions and a refundable Rs 500 token fee for Tuition Fee Waiver admits, and failure to pay by the deadline will cancel the allotment and remove higher options from subsequent rounds.
