Overview

• The inaugural TIME: Russia–India. Mutual Efficiency forum opened in Kazan for Oct. 8–9 with an Indian delegation led by Ambassador Vinay Kumar.
• Tatarstan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its Investment Development Agency signed cooperation agreements with the Indian Chamber of International Business, alongside a memorandum of intent.
• Agency head Talia Minullina said roughly 20 agreements are planned during the forum and noted a shortage of intermediary institutions to support consulting and partnerships.
