Kathy Griffin, Now Cancer-Free, Undergoes Vocal Surgery Ahead of Vegas Show

Kathy Griffin shared a TikTok video showing her before and after surgery on her left vocal cord
She underwent the procedure to be in good shape for her big Vegas show on June 17
Griffin had half of her left lung removed in August 2021 after being diagnosed with stage 1 lung cancer
She also revealed her diagnosis of "complex PTSD" earlier this year
Griffin is now cancer-free and will perform at The Mirage Theatre in Las Vegas on June 17.
