Katherine Legge Adds Indianapolis Doubleheader and Two More Cup Races to 2025 NASCAR Schedule

Legge will extend her record as the only woman to race in both NASCAR top tiers by competing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway this month.

Overview

  • Legge is entered in the Pennzoil 250 Xfinity race on July 26 and the Brickyard 400 Cup race on July 27 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
  • She will drive the No. 78 Chevrolet for Live Fast Motorsports in Cup and the No. 32 Chevrolet for Jordan Anderson Racing in Xfinity.
  • Her schedule now also features Cup starts at Watkins Glen on August 10 and Las Vegas on October 12, replacing a Richmond event.
  • Legge recorded a season-best 19th-place finish at the Chicago Street Course on July 6, the first top-20 by a woman in a NASCAR Cup race since 2017.
  • Backing her nine-race program are e.l.f. Cosmetics, Desnuda Organic Tequila and Droplight, as she remains the only woman with multiple Cup and Xfinity entries this year.
