Katharina Schmid claimed her second consecutive victory at the Zhangjiakou World Cup event, building on her strong performance this season.
Schmid's jumps of 98 and 98.5 meters secured her a decisive win on the normal hill, with competitors Ema Klinec and Lisa Eder finishing over ten points behind.
This marks Schmid's third win in four World Cup events this winter, further cementing her position as the overall leader.
The 28-year-old achieved what eluded her at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Zhangjiakou, where she had taken silver, by winning twice at the same venue.
The next competition is scheduled for Engelberg, Switzerland, before the Two-Nights-Tour in Germany, featuring events in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Oberstdorf.
