• On her podcast The Sackhoff Show, she recalled, “I lost all of my confidence after Mandalorian” and said she couldn’t “find” Bo-Katan in live action.
• She said she barely booked on-camera jobs for about three years, attributing the lull to shaky self-tape auditions and mounting self-doubt.
• She hired a new manager and, for the first time, worked with an acting coach whose focus was rebuilding her confidence rather than fundamentals.
• Sackhoff originated Bo-Katan as a voice role in The Clone Wars and Rebels before playing the character in The Mandalorian’s 2020 live-action debut and an expanded 2023 season.
