Kate Middleton attended a Sunday service at Crathie Kirk church near Balmoral Castle with Prince William and Prince George.
This marks her third public appearance of the year since announcing her cancer diagnosis in March.
Kate wore a familiar tan trench coat and feathered fedora, similar to her previous appearances.
King Charles III, who is also undergoing cancer treatment, and Queen Camilla were present.
The royal family traditionally spends part of the summer at Balmoral Castle.
