• Tropicoqueta debuted on June 20 with 20 tracks blending Colombian vallenato, Argentinian cumbia villera, Cuban mambo and Dominican dembow to pay homage to Latin music traditions.
• Karol G leaned on live instrumentation throughout the album, enlisting 57 musicians for mariachi-and-symphony arrangements on “Ese Hombre Es Malo.”
