Karnataka Presents Rajyotsava Awards to 70 Achievers on State Formation Day

Each honour carries a 25-gram gold medal plus Rs 5 lakh, with separate film lifetime awards to be given in Mysuru on November 3.

  • The government highlighted district-wise representation with 12 women among the honorees, including 103-year-old social worker Solgatti Eramma.
  • Separate film honours will recognize Umashree, N. R. Nanjundegowda and Richard Castelino at the State Film Awards ceremony in Mysuru on November 3.
