Karnataka CM Submits Five-Point Charter to PM Modi Seeking AIIMS, Flood Aid and Clearances

The state now awaits central decisions after presenting a five-point appeal in New Delhi.

  • The state reported a temporary Rs 100-per-tonne sugarcane payment for the current season with Rs 50 borne by the government, while urging a sugar MSP revision from Rs 31 per kg, assured ethanol offtake and authority to fix harvesting and transport costs.
