Overview

• The Pakistan Meteorological Department says a well‑marked low over Saurashtra and the Gulf of Cambay is moving west‑southwest and could enter the northeastern Arabian Sea by October 1 with a chance of strengthening into a depression.

• Airport sources reported disruptions at Jinnah International, including diverted, delayed and cancelled flights, with a Lahore–Karachi service rerouted to Sukkur and an international arrival unable to land.
