Kansas guard Arterio Morris arrested and charged with rape, dismissed from basketball program

Kansas men's basketball player Arterio Morris was arrested and charged with one count of felony rape.
The charge stems from an alleged rape in August at the basketball players' residence hall.
Morris had previously been suspended from the team when the allegations first emerged.
Kansas head coach Bill Self confirmed Morris has now been dismissed from the basketball program.
Morris was a highly regarded transfer who has not yet played a regular season game for Kansas.
