Kansas City Chiefs have released a promotional trailer spoofing a Hallmark rom-com, titled 'Falling for Football', as part of their 'Tis the Postseason campaign.
The trailer stars Hallmark Channel regulars Tyler Hynes and Janel Parrish, and features a cameo from Donna Kelce, mother of Chiefs player Travis Kelce.
The storyline involves a woman (Parrish) who despises the NFL's postseason after being jilted at the altar for playoff tickets, and a man (Hynes) who works at a Chiefs merch shop and loves the 'magic' of the postseason.
Fans have noted several references to pop star Taylor Swift, who is currently dating Travis Kelce, including the use of 'order number 13' (Swift's lucky number) and a scene with friendship bracelets, a staple of Swift's Eras tour.
The spoof trailer also includes appearances from Chiefs players Creed Humphrey, Trey Smith, Tommy Townsend and Dante Hall, as well as other notable Chiefs fans.
