• The Kalyan RTO has issued a seven-day notice to the private school’s principal and seized the vehicle for failing to comply with safety regulations.
• Authorities confirmed the van’s rear door lock was unsecured and overcrowding on the Kalyan-Badlapur Road led to two nursery students falling onto the asphalt.
