Overview

• Police registered cases on May 25 and 28 at Manpada, Kolsewadi and Bazarpet stations and filed chargesheets on May 27 and 30.
• The investigations covered molestation, sexual assault, indecent exposure and obscene gestures targeting women and minor girls.
• Sub-Inspector Amol Andhale, Assistant Inspector Eknath Paulbudhe and Sub-Inspector Suresh Nalawade led the fast-track inquiry teams.
• Officers recorded key witness statements and compiled material evidence under the Indian Penal Code and POCSO Act to bolster the charges.
• All three accused have been arrested and their cases are now pending in the Kalyan District and Sessions Court.
