Kacey Musgraves Covers 'Three Little Birds' for Upcoming Bob Marley Biopic

The film, 'Bob Marley: One Love', set to release on February 14, explores Marley's life during the peak of his fame, with a soundtrack featuring covers of his songs by various artists.

Kacey Musgraves has released a cover of Bob Marley’s ‘Three Little Birds’, which will feature in the upcoming biopic about the reggae icon, Bob Marley: One Love.
The film, due to be released in UK cinemas on February 14, 2024, stars British actor Kingsley Ben-Adir as Bob Marley and is directed by King Richard’s Reinaldo Marcus Green.
The soundtrack for the film includes six covers of Marley songs by artists including Leon Bridges, Daniel Caesar, Skip Marley and Wizkid.
The film has been made in partnership with Marley’s family, who were involved in choosing all the songs to be covered for the soundtrack.
The biopic is not an origin story but instead follows Bob Marley during the peak of his fame, focusing on his 1976 shooting in Kingston, Jamaica, and the One Love concert.
