JW Marriott Las Vegas, Rampart Casino to Rebrand as The Resort at Summerlin on Jan. 1, 2026

The move caps a $75 million overhaul across the property, setting up a Caesars Sportsbook debut in early 2026.

Overview

  • A multi-year, $75 million renovation led by FRANK Architecture and Interiors with Trident refreshed guestrooms, public spaces, wellness facilities and the casino floor.
  • The 549 guestrooms now feature roughly 560 square feet, residential-style furnishings, 65-inch smart TVs and upgraded options that include balconies or walk-out terraces.
  • The Neighborhood Food Hall is rolling out 2025 openings from Fabio Viviani, Nom Wah’s first West Coast location and Wineaux, with two additional concepts planned for early 2026.
  • Caesars will assume operation of the race and sportsbook after the Super Bowl, introducing a retail Caesars Sportsbook with a new video wall, a 360-degree LED bar display and 20 self-service kiosks.
  • The new name revives the property’s 1999 identity with a community focus while maintaining its JW Marriott partnership and the Rampart Rewards loyalty program.
