Overview
- Since its 2019 launch the program has invested over 143 billion pesos and trained more than 3.24 million participants in high-poverty municipalities
- Beneficiaries received Banco del Bienestar cards between July 5 and 12 to ensure stipend payments are in place before the next registration
- Prospective applicants must be 18 to 29 years old, not enrolled in school or employed, and present a valid ID, CURP and proof of address issued within the last three months
- Registrations can be completed via the STPS digital platform or through mobile units deployed in underserved areas, with additional enrollment windows planned for October and December
- Approved trainees will attend company-based tutoring sessions five days a week for 5–8 hours daily and undergo monthly performance evaluations
