Juventus FC Signs Carlos Alcaraz on Loan from Southampton

Juventus FC has signed Argentinian midfielder Carlos Alcaraz on loan from Southampton with an option to make the move permanent for $51M.
Alcaraz, who has been compared to former Juventus player Claudio Marchisio, is expected to strengthen Juventus' midfield.
The 21-year-old Alcaraz joined Southampton from Racing Club in January 2023 for a fee worth around $13M and scored four goals in the English Premier League.
Despite Southampton’s relegation to the Championship, Alcaraz agreed to an improved five-year contract last October.
