Justine's Brasserie to Open New Cafe at Blanton Museum of Art in 2025

Justine's Brasserie, a celebrated East Austin eatery, is expanding with a new cafe at the Blanton Museum of Art, set to open in Spring 2025.
The cafe will be operated by Justine Gilcrease and Pierre Pelegrin, the husband-and-wife team behind Justine's.
Designed by Joel Mozersky, the venue will offer breakfast and lunch daily, with dinner services on Saturdays.
The cafe will include outdoor dining areas and a menu featuring French classics and local favorites.
