Justin Mohn Faces Terrorism Charges After Beheading Father

The Pennsylvania man, previously charged with murder, now also faces terrorism charges for planning attacks on federal buildings.

Justin Mohn, 32, was charged with terrorism after being found with photos of federal buildings and bomb-making instructions.
Mohn had previously been charged with the murder of his father, whom he decapitated and showcased in a YouTube video.
The charges include making terroristic threats and planning to mobilize the National Guard against the federal government.
Mohn called for the murder of federal employees and gave out the address of a U.S. District Court judge in a video.
A preliminary hearing for Mohn is scheduled for April 2.
