Overview
- Donovan Faison, 23, was found guilty of first-degree murder, killing an unborn child, and burglary with a firearm in the shooting of 18-year-old Kaylin Fiengo.
 - A judge will impose the sentence on Dec. 5, with Circuit Judge Donna Goerner set to make the final decision.
 - Prosecutors showed texts in which Fiengo sent positive pregnancy tests and Faison responded "Abortion!!!," alongside a message to a friend saying he would "crop her out."
 - Investigators said Fiengo was shot in her car at Sanford’s Coastline Park in November 2022, where a bullet casing and an ultrasound image were recovered.
 - Authorities have not said whether Faison was the father of the unborn child, and he was arrested roughly 10 months after the killing.
