Julian Draxler, 31, has signed a three-year contract extension with Al-Ahli SC, keeping him at the Qatari club until 2028.
The midfielder reportedly turned down all other offers, with no consideration given to leaving Qatar.
Draxler joined Al-Ahli SC in September 2023 from Paris Saint-Germain after falling out of favor at the French club.
In the current Qatar Stars League season, he has made nine appearances, contributing six goals and six assists.
As part of the new deal, Draxler is expected to assume an ambassadorial role for the club, highlighting his importance both on and off the field.
