Ormond also sued her former talent agency CAA, Disney, and Miramax for negligence and enabling Weinstein.
The lawsuit was made possible by New York's Adult Survivors Act, extending statutes of limitation for civil cases.
Ormond alleges Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex after a business dinner in 1995.
Weinstein denies the allegations; CAA, Disney and Miramax have not commented publicly.
