Judge Rejects 'QAnon Shaman's' Latest Attempt to Reverse Guilty Plea for January 6th Capitol Riot

Jacob Chansley, known as the "QAnon Shaman," pleaded guilty last year to obstructing Congress' certification of the 2020 election.
Chansley filed a motion last week seeking to reverse his guilty plea, but it was swiftly rejected by the judge.
The judge stated that Chansley was "the face of the riot" and deserved a potentially harsher sentence.
This marks Chansley's latest failed attempt to overturn his conviction after previously seeking to vacate or correct his 41-month prison sentence.
Chansley was released early from prison in March 2022 for good behavior and transferred to a halfway house.
