Judge Recuses Himself From Disney Lawsuit Against DeSantis; Trump Appointee to Take Over

The judge assigned to Disney's lawsuit against Florida's governor stepped down after learning a relative owns Disney stock.
The case will now be overseen by a judge appointed by former President Trump.
Disney is suing Gov. Ron DeSantis over what it calls retaliation for opposing a new Florida law critics have dubbed "Don't Say Gay."
DeSantis had sought to remove the initial judge from the case, accusing him of bias.
The feud between Disney and DeSantis has intensified in recent months.
