• Chicago police and prosecutors say that on Aug. 19, Livingston, 32, punched Miles without warning near the 200 block of West Washington, knocking her unconscious.
• Miles suffered multiple facial fractures and a concussion and was treated at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
• Livingston is charged with three counts of aggravated battery and one count of reckless conduct, and Judge Rivanda Doss Beal ordered him held in the county jail.
