Judge Casanello Seizes Nordelta Security Footage as ANDIS Bribery Probe Intensifies

The case moved deeper into forensic collection as the chief of Cabinet cast the leaked audios as a political setup during a tense appearance in the lower house.

Overview

  • Under court orders, investigators raided Nordelta’s La Isla and El Golf neighborhoods and secured access-camera recordings and personnel logs to track possible warnings of police operations.
  • Ariel De Vicentis, Nordelta’s security chief accused of alerting a suspect, was questioned, denied the allegation, and had two phones seized for analysis by DATIP.
  • DATIP completed the data extraction from former ANDIS head Diego Spagnuolo’s phone despite the lack of a passcode and began processing additional seized devices.
  • Jonathan Kovalivkrer, linked in the audios to Droguería Suizo Argentina, appeared in Comodoro Py and handed over his cellphone to prosecutors without providing the unlock code.
  • In Congress, Guillermo Francos labeled the episode an “operación política” and sidestepped direct backing of Karina Milei, as opposition deputies pressed oversight after the no-show of Health Minister Mario Lugones and ANDIS interventor Alejandro Vilches.
