Judge Approves Rite Aid Pharmacy Asset Sales to CVS, Walgreens, and Grocers

Overview

  • Rite Aid's second bankruptcy in two years has led to the court-approved sale of pharmacy assets to 13 buyers, including CVS, Walgreens, Albertsons, and Kroger.
