• A Utah judge approved attorney Farrah Spencer’s sealed motion to withdraw on Monday, ordering future case filings to be served directly to Kelley Wolf.
• Under a July 15 temporary agreement, Scott Wolf retains exclusive use of the family home and sole physical custody, while Kelley’s contact is limited to supervised visitation and scheduled calls.
• Scott told People on August 15 that Kelley made “deeply disturbing and entirely false” allegations and provided the outlet with alleged texts he says show she planned claims she did not believe.
• Kelley responded by telling People she does not believe Scott would abuse their children and separately posted an Instagram screenshot showing a business account overdrawn by about $2,779.
• On Thursday, Kelley shared additional text exchanges on Instagram that included Scott urging her not to come to the house and to stay away from their children.
