Judge Adjourns Sentencing to January in Death of Marguerita O’Rourke

After hearing victim impact statements alongside CCTV evidence, Judge Colin Daly set the date for 21 January 2026.

  • O’Donoghue also admitted criminal damage to the gates and a van and producing a machete during a dispute on the same date.
