JSW MG Motor India Posts Record July Sales with MG Select Launch

  • JSW MG Motor India dispatched 6,678 vehicles in July, marking a 46% year-on-year increase from 4,575 units in July 2024.
  • After hitting 30,000 sales in nine months, the Windsor EV drives 60–70% of domestic volumes and logged more than 8,000 reservations in 24 hours after the May launch of the longer-range Windsor Pro.
  • MG Select’s inaugural models, the ₹69.90 lakh M9 MPV and the ₹74.99 lakh Cyberster convertible, are sold exclusively through dedicated experience centres.
  • The Cyberster features twin electric motors delivering 510 PS, 725 Nm and a 3.2-second 0–100 km/h sprint powered by a 77 kWh battery rated for 580 km under MIDC standards.
  • JSW MG Motor India relies on its Halol, Gujarat plant—operated as a JV with SAIC Motor—to support its 100,000-unit annual capacity and electrification push.
