Former ONE strawweight MMA world champion Joshua Pacio is set to face reigning divisional king Jarred Brooks in a rematch for the belt at ONE 166: Qatar on March 1.
Brooks took the strawweight MMA gold from Pacio by unanimous decision in their first match in December 2022.
Pacio believes his victory over Mansur Malachiev at ONE Fight Night 15 last October earned him the rematch with Brooks.
Brooks had a dominant run in ONE Championship, including a victory over Lito Adiwang via second-round submission.
Brooks is seeking to rebound after his failed bid to become a two-sport ONE world champion in August when he lost to flyweight submission grappling king Mikey Musumeci.
